Dear Tom, Matt and Barb,
It is such a delight to know that Astro Systems will be celebrating its One-Year Anniversary. I am so glad to have been one of your "first customers" and hope that our relationship will last for many more years to come.
It is so gratifying to know that when I need help (and that's been many times in the past year), I can always count on you to solve my problems fast and efficiently. You were always there for me, Tom -- no matter how many times I called. And the computer I purchased from you has been a joy to use -- it is I that usually need help when I call you.
Tom, your knowledge of hardware and software is amazing. Best wishes to you and your staff for continued growth and success.

I would and have given Astro Systems info to my friends. I needed a house call and they came promptly, explained my problems in language I could understand and very professional. Came back a second time to install DSL line, took care of everything for me. Congratulations on your anniversary! Linda Young |

To Whom it may concern :
I happened upon Astro Systems quite by accident. An ad in the Trading Times caught my attention. Prior, I had sought out a repair person for my computer that I could afford and who would do "House calls". Unable to find someone, I was totally frustrated and lost without the ability to use my computer. I spend several hours every day sending e-mails to various address groups for different Church organizations and my own business connections.
I called the number in the morning of Feb. 8, and my search was over. That same afternoon, Matt came to the house and finding that it would take too long to repair my problems ( The computer was super slow ) he suggested that it go back to the shop where the repair would go much faster...thereby saving me hours of labor charges. Tom called me that evening ( after hours) with an offer to return the computer the next day ( weekend) I told him to wait until Monday, since I didn't have time to do anything that week end.
On Monday, Matt brought it back, showed me a few things, determined that the printer was working and explained the new software. After going on line AOL apparently did not like what they had done...and booted me off line. I called Astro and Tom came out in an ice storm, took my computer back to the shop and installed an AOL upgrade ( to make them happy ) and returned it within a few hours ....NO CHARGE !!!!
Service like that is RARE in this day and needs to be commended. I have and will continue to recommend his business to all, especially those of us who are "technologically challenged" .

What a joy it was to find you on the square in Lodi !! We were new to business around where we live here in Sullivan. We were only in our new home a few months & my computer fan went out. We drove to Lodi - and went to your business & the very same day, you came out & fixed my computer ! That was a life saver for me, since I hear from my children & grandchildren on the computer each day. I can go on & on, but we were very pleased with the work that was done for us & suggestion you gave us. I can assure you that I will be a repeat customer . When my computer was damaged by lightning, Mr. U'Ren came promptly, discovered the damaged part, replaced it, and charged me a very reasonable fee! I was very happy to have found such a nearby ,reliable service. (Please do not use my name) |

I have found Astro Systems.llc Professional, Knowledgeable and always ready to help. I am a senior citizen and when I have a question Tom is always right there to answer. In this computer age that is important when purchasing a computer. I would recommend this company and service to all my family and friends.

Just wanted to say how helpful your service has been. You have been there promptly when I had computer work that needed done. And the house calls are the only way for me to go. Glad to have such good service, friendly people close at hand.

Just wanted to Thank Tom again for the tremendous service!!! I did contact Dell tech support after you left on Friday. They agreed that the USB ports were nonfunctioning. Service is coming on Monday to put in a new Motherboard. So I'll go from there. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!! When this PC dies, or I get tired of Dell trying to fix it, I'll be over and you can put one together for me. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

Astro Systems saved me! After living without my computer for over a week, another company was unable to get all the glitches out. Astro Systems not only fixed all the problems but updated my system and all within a day or two! I would definitely recommend Astro Systems to others if they need quality work done fast.
